I have found a lot of people struggle with the same information overload. The hardest part of getting healthy is actually knowing where to start. There is so much information at our fingertips with the internet that it is hard to know what to listen to. Add in all the self-proclaimed health gurus out there and it can be overwhelming. It seems all the information is conflicting when it comes to nutrition and fitness recommendations that I find a lot of people just give up.
