Soda actually dehydrates your body. It also has chemicals in it that interfere with the hormones in your body and makes your body think it is getting something healthy. It also can make you more hungry leading to you eating more. So drink water.
Pay attention to the type of calories you are getting. You don’t need to count calories in order to lose weight. You just need to always make the choices where there are the most nutrients for the calories you are taking in!
